On July 9th, the first activity ofMEM Technology-Innovation Enterprise Practical Classroom was successfully held. Shanghai International School of Chief Technology OfficerCTO School is oriented towards national needs and future development, relying on the construction of the Industry-Education Collaborative Innovation Base, integrating the educational resources with innovative enterprises in various industries to create an innovative teaching form of Enterprise Visits+ Innovation Face-to-Face Chat. This activity aims to help MEM students deeply understand the concept of innovation and excellent thinking, as well as learning practical experience of enterprise Innovation management. Ms. Zhang Qiongqiong, the MEM mentor and executive director of ICoETT, accompanied the students throughout the trip, leading them to have a comprehensive discussion and active dialogue with enterprises on Innovation management.

During this visiting, students learned the story behind the successful cases from the perspective of product innovation search, selection, implementation and capture. Li Jun, General Manager of LKK Design, specially invited Kong Fanwei, the founder of its customer's drilling technology brand, to bring the students a face-to-face chat with the CEO. 


The guests led the students to learn the product innovation thinking framework from three aspects: product design and market positioning, ultimate goals and implementation process, pursuit of innovation and leading the trend, and encouraged them to use their own products as examples for product innovation thinking.

At the second stop of the visit, the students visited the gallery set up by Pan Xiulong, the founder of the Snow Mountain Music Festival and the chairman of Beijing Longyuan Creative Culture and Art Co., Ltd. at the Music Workshop. The CEO guest Pan Xiulong introduced the creative philosophy and innovative stories of the artists behind the paintings to the students in detail, and discussed how to enhance the value of technology practitioners by referring to art brokers, and how to integrate contemporary art with chart GPT for innovation.

At the third stop of the innovation class, Li Jun, General Manager of LKK Design, and Wang Liangjun, Deputy General Manager of LKK Design brought a detailed sharing with LKK’s enterprise development and Innovation management. Through sharing, students realized that innovation is an important driving force for the survival and development of enterprises.
