On the morning of October 20, Professor He Jiaxun, Executive Dean of the CTO School, led a team to visit Shanghai BRL Medicine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BRL Medicine”), the third stop of biomedical enterprise partners of the “Research Center for Excellent Practice Knowledge in the Technology Industry (preparation)” of the CTO School.
Wang Zhenghuan, Assistant Dean of the CTO School, Peng Yuxin, Director of Marketing Operation Department, and Zhu Wanning, Director of Research Department of Think Tank attended the activity. CEO Xi Zaixi, Chief Strategy Officer Gao Yang, Vice President Du Bing, Vice President Li Wei and Vice President Tan Binghe warmly received the case team, and the two sides had in-depth discussions on strategic industry-university-research cooperation, think tank research and science and enterprise practical knowledge research, school-enterprise co-construction practice base and other issues. Professor He Jiaxun said that under the general trend of industry-education integration, it was imperative for universities and science and technology enterprises to establish industry-university-research cooperation. He hoped to combine the ongoing think tank research work of CTO School with the cooperation of science and technology enterprises, and explored and studied the major key problems existing in the development process of enterprises through in-depth interviews with senior science and technology executives, so as to establish a more in-depth strategic cooperation mode of industry-education integration.
Xi Zaixi, CEO of BRL Medicine, on behalf of BRL Medicine, warmly welcomed the visit of the CTO School. He said that BRL Medicine was one of the earliest companies to explore the mode of industry-university-research cooperation, and had kept a close cooperative relationship with the East China Normal University since its establishment. Mr. Xi strongly supported the idea of establishing a biomedical demonstration education base in cooperation with the CTO School, and he himself was willing to participate in relevant courses and support the CTO School's executive education courses. BRL Medicine can become the training base of the CTO School, and explore and research the related subjects of the development of science and technology innovation industry together with the CTO School, and promote the strategic cooperation between the two sides as soon as possible.
