Since the official establishment of the Beauty and Wellness CTO Innovative Leadership Alumni Club of East China Normal University Shanghai International School of Chief Technology Officer in April 2024, the club has actively played an significant role, fully utilized platform cohesion, continuously strengthened knowledge sharing, industry connections, and project cooperation, and carried out activities such as "Global Sericulture Capital" Guangxi inspection and research, "Decoding the New Trend of Traditional Chinese Beauty and Makeup" themed study tours.
In August, alumni of the Advanced Program for the Beauty and Wellness Industry held a unique study tour to enhance their innovative leadership and industry awareness through on-site inspections and exchange learning. They gathered in Zhangjiakou to carry out a themed study tour activity of "Empowering the Future and Leading Health" under the planning of Yang Xiaodong, founder of Shanghai Gulidi Industrial Co., Ltd., an outstanding alumnus in the second phase.
On the first day, the students arrived at the beautiful Wanquan and Chongli Olympic platforms, embarking on a historical and cultural journey. From Baozili in Qiaoxi and the old city area of Zhangjiakou to the Great Wall at Dajinmen, the students deeply experienced the charm of traditional Chinese culture and drew inspiration for the construction of corporate culture; During the visit to the Chongli Winter Olympics jumping platform, the students felt the power of sportsmanship and expressed their desire to integrate the spirit of hard work from the Winter Olympics into corporate management and innovative practices.
The next day, the students arrived at the Baolong oat production base and had a firsthand understanding of the entire process of oat cultivation and processing. During the visit, the students highly praised the production process, product quality, and corporate culture of Baolong Oats, and expressed that the visit had given them a deeper understanding of the development of the wellness industry.
The study tour also invited Professor Zhang Shaolong, a professor from the School of Economics of Peking University, the winner of Sun Yefang's economics award and the president of Hangzhou West Lake Academy, and Fu Changbo, a professor and doctoral supervisor from the School of Social Sciences of Beijing Normal University, to share the theme of "Chinese path to modernization and the healthy development of private economy". Two professors conducted an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges facing the development of the private economy, providing valuable suggestions and insights for the students. The students had in-depth discussions with two professors on hot issues in the development of the private economy, and reached multiple consensuses.
