On February 18, the opening ceremony of the 1st semester of CTO Advanced Program of Beauty and Wellness Industry was successfully held in Zizhu International Education Park. In order to meet the demands of the cross-border innovation and developments of the beauty and wellness industry, Shanghai International School of Chief Technical Officer (CTO School), based on the superior scientific research resources of East China Normal University and combined with the outstanding human and social science forces, builds the first cross-border executive education platform of the beauty and wellness industry in China. It promotes the rise of the world-class brand of China's beauty and wellness industry, and leads the development trend of the global beauty and wellness industry. The advanced program, which is led by academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, combines the scientific and creative entrepreneurship training concept initiated by CTO School, and is jointly taught and tutored by well-known entrepreneurs, international outstanding lecturers and experts. Senior management students from all regions of the country participated in the opening ceremony. At 9 a.m., the opening ceremony officially began. Wu Xiaobo, Executive Director of ICoETT Center (CTO School), on behalf of CTO School, warmly welcomed the students. She pointed out that the beauty and wellness industry has always been an important field to grasp the pulse of social development and track the new trend of consumption, and the development of science and technology has greatly promoted the progress in this field. Science and technology assistances are not only reflected in the improvement of technology, but also in the aspects of consumer experience, safety, quality, etc., which comprehensively improves the standards of the entire industry, so that consumers can obtain higher quality products more quickly. The CTO advanced program of beauty and wellness industry aims to help everyone improve their technical and innovation capabilities, master the cutting-edge knowledge of technology, and promote the rapid development of the industry.
The special guest, Dr. Liu Yuliang, Chairman of Shanghai Diar(Liangdia) Data Technology Co., Ltd. and Distinguished Professor of CTO School, delivered a speech. He pointed out that there are several trends in the cosmetics industry at present. First, China's cosmetics industry has leapt to the first place in terms of the overall international market size; Second, the global market size of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals has exceeded the size of pharmaceuticals. However, he also mentioned that the enterprise scale and industrial concentration of China's independent brands were not satisfactory. An important reason that cannot be ignored is the problem of talent training. The chief technical officer of a cosmetic enterprise should be the integration and manager of the internal and external technical resources of the cosmetic enterprise, the technical preacher and the promoter of the transformation of technical achievements. It is hoped that through the course of this program, enterprises can build core competitiveness supported by technology and sustainable development, and make contributions to the industry.

Qi Fengwei, manager of Shanghai Banmuhuatian Trading Co., Ltd. shared the unique corporate learning culture of Banmuhuatian. "It doesn't matter if you are slow, don't fall behind". Chen Shaojuan, partner of Beijing Unitalen Law Office Shanghai Branch, said in the sharing that it should not be confined to the legal thinking of its own professional field in the past.
