Shanghai International School of Chief Technology Officer is an East China Normal University teaching and research entity and a Super Academy. The School unites the teaching resources and strengths of the School of Physical and Electronic Sciences, School of Life Sciences, School of Mathematical Sciences, School of Chemical and Molecular Engineering, School of Ecological and Environmental Sciences, Institute of Medicine and Health, School of Sports and Health, Department of Information Science, Asia Europe Business School, and Joint Translational Science and Technology Research Institute to jointly carry out teaching and professional practice with advanced resources and forces of relevant disciplines, and focus on solving problems in achievements transformation and technology transfer through talent cultivation.

Xiao Yunping graduated from East China Normal University with a bachelor's degree. He is a leading talent in Minhang District, a member of the China Democratic Alliance, a member of the 3rd Council and Deputy Secretary General of the East China Normal University Alumni Association, and an executive director of the Alumni Association of the College of Life Sciences of East China Normal University. He has been a senior lecturer at the Shanghai Economic Management Center of Shanghai University and has been a mentor for the Shanghai University - Bauhinia Valley Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Camp several times, guiding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan youth to start their businesses in Shanghai. Before founding OEE, he was engaged in plant molecular genetic research at the Institute of Phycology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, subsequently, he had rich experience in management in the field of biochips. He worked at United Genet Group, Capitalbio Corporation (Beijing National Engineering Research Center for Biochips), Shanghai Biochip Co., Ltd. (Shanghai National Engineering Research Center for Biochips), and Shanghai BaiO Technology Co., Ltd.
