On December 27th, the first National Digital Literacy and Artificial Intelligence Innovation Application Competition was successfully held at East China Normal University. The aim of this competition is to enhance the digital literacy of the entire population, cultivate talents in artificial intelligence innovation application, and promote the development of the digital economy. 30 teams from East China Normal University have qualified for the finals. The "EcnuBot - Exclusive Intelligent Customer Service Based on Big Language Model" developed by Guo Liang from the (2022) CTO Elite Class of Shanghai International School of Chief Technology Officer won the third prize in this competition.
CTO School has achieved such excellent results in this competition for the first time, following MEM students who won first prize in the 2023 (8th) National Higher Education Project Management Competition and International Project Management Competition, second prize in the 2nd China Engineering Management Case Competition, and multiple awards (including first, second, and third) in the 7th Shanghai Engineering Management Innovation Competition After winning the third prize in China Postgraduate FinTech Innovation Competition. The school carried out the “Outstanding Nurturing and High-Quality Education” to achieve high-quality development with new breakthroughs!

Work Introduction: This case mainly utilizes technologies such as artificial intelligence, speech recognition, and natural language processing to connect with the EduChat education vertical field model and the Tongyi Qianwen model of East China Normal University, and constructs a multifunctional intelligent customer service.
Functional support: automatic Q&A, speech recognition, knowledge base Q&A, multi model support, cultural images, online search, etc
