On January 13th, the final graduation thesis defense and closing ceremony of CTO Innovative Leadership Advanced Program of Beauty and Wellness Industry were successfully held at the Zizhu International Education Park. He Jiaxun, Executive Dean of the Shanghai International School of Chief Technology Officer at East, Liu Yuliang, distinguished Professor of Practice at CTO School, Wei Jianhua, professor and senior engineer, former Vice President of Huayi Group, and Xu Jialin, General Manager of Shanghai Wujing Economic Development Co., Ltd., attended the closing ceremony. This event is hosted by Liang Wenwen, director of Executive Education Department of CTO School.
Huo Gang, the representative of Group A, gave a presentation on the theme of "Siluguiyu - Inheritance and Innovation Originating from Five Thousand Years", sharing his thoughts on the high-end hair products and brand design of the sericin protein series. He introduced that this project mainly uses Guangxi's rich cocoon and silk resources, extracts sericin protein through unique processes as the core active ingredient, and uses "Silu Guiyu" as the brand to develop hair and scalp care products for scalp and vulnerable hair care. The project plan relies on the diversified cultural and tourism background of Guangxi, starting with offline and offline tourism channels, forming an online and offline communication matrix through online and offline tourism influencers, creating a marketing system that integrates scenery, cultural and tourism, product traceability, and scientific communication, and creating a high-end cleaning and repair sub category.
Zhang Haiyan,the representative of Group B, gave a presentation on the theme of "Tizhi - the first high-end domestic brand of sensitive and anti-aging skin", sharing project highlights from market analysis, research and development team, raw material technology, product characteristics, marketing channels, and other aspects. She introduced that this brand has the mission of effectively anti-aging mature women from the skin, body, and emotions, and aims to become the scientific anti-aging private butler for every mature woman in China. The brand founder has accumulated their own anchor IP and private domain, and collaborates with a mature industry experience R&D team to build a diversified channel matrix, integrate product and effect, and quickly expand marketing channels.

Then, the closing ceremony began, Dean He Jiaxun stated in his speech that the CTO Innovative Leadership Advanced Program of Beauty and Wellness Industry reflects how the school practice the strategy and mission of East China Normal University to lead educational innovation through specific teaching work. Regarding the career development of the students, he proposed three suggestions: firstly, promoting the beauty & wellness industry in China has become a new mission of the times. We need to closely combine the "small beauty" of the industry with the "great beauty" of ecological civilization construction, and promote coordinated development; Secondly, in the new era of AI, it is necessary to attach great importance to the application of artificial intelligence technology in various fields such as management, business, and others; Thirdly, in the process of career development, it is necessary to have a higher position and take technology-based strategic entrepreneurs as a model for learning. Finally, he encourages students to apply what they have learned, fully leverage their innovative leadership, and develop their careers better.
Professor Liu Yuliang sent best wishes to the students. He concluded that during their one-year advanced program, the students not only learned technical knowledge, but also learned about thinking, strategy, branding, management, and so on. He hoped that everyone would not only maintain their original intention in technology, but also improve their own realm and vision. In addition, he called on everyone to maintain contact after graduation, promote more exchanges through alumni associations, and jointly contribute to the technological progress of enterprises, the country, and the entire human race in this field.
Xu Jialin introduced the situation of Wujing Town from the perspective of regional industries. He stated that Wujing Town, based on its superior geographical conditions and urban development pattern, has gathered more than ten Fortune 500 enterprises and over a thousand high-quality track leading enterprises, complementing Shanghai Jiao Tong University and East China Normal University, attracting and cultivating high-quality talents, and launching the layout of the era of technological innovation 3.0. He emphasized the positioning and policies of the Greater Zero Bay Science and Technology Innovation Strategy Source Functional Zone, clarifying that Shanghai Jiao Tong University and East China Normal University, relying on original innovation achievements, provide support for technological and industrial innovation, and undertake the spillover and accelerated services of growing enterprises through the Zizhu High tech Zone R&D Base.
Next, the graduation certificate awarding ceremony was held (including Outstanding student Award, Enterprise Mentor Award, Class Contribution Award, and Alumni Ambassador Appointment ceremony).
At the end of the graduation ceremony, the (3rd) CTO Innovative Leadership Advanced Program of Beauty and Wellness Industry was officially launched.
