With the launch of the winter vacation preparation week reading activity, students from the Master of Engineering Management (MEM) program at Shanghai International School of Chief Technology Officer（ECNU）are eagerly selecting books that match their interests and needs, and expanding their thinking boundaries through reading.
The MEM Student Union closely monitored and tracked the extent of the activity, and conducted online interviews with some students. Among the recommended books for this winter vacation, I first recommend Principal Qian's "Quantum Thinking". I chose this book because I had the privilege of attending two lectures by Principal Qian. He used quantum theory to interpret Laozi's way of thinking and guided us to break traditional thinking patterns and stimulate the potential for management innovation. In this era full of uncertainty, I believe that using quantum thinking to re-examine problems and reconstruct our management thinking can help us overcome management difficulties.
